For first-time builders

You have an idea. Let's turn it into something real.

No deck required, no fully-formed spec needed. Tell us the problem you’re trying to solve, and we’ll help you scope a first version worth building.

How we approach idea-stage work

Build the smallest version that proves the idea - not the biggest one you can imagine.

Most first products fail from doing too much, not too little. Here’s how we keep scope honest.

What's included

Here's exactly what happens after you reach out.

Discovery call

A 30-45 minute call to understand the idea, the users, and what success looks like.

Written scope & budget range

A short document outlining what v1 includes, what it doesn't, and a realistic price range.

Prioritized feature list

Everything you want, split into "needed for v1" and "worth adding later" — so nothing gets built by default.

Milestone timeline

Build broken into weekly checkpoints, so you see working progress the whole way, not just at the end.

What we can build for you

The kind of first versions we're set up to deliver.

Boonofy is a new studio – these are capability examples by category, not client case studies. Real ones will replace this section as projects launch.

    Common questions

    Idea-stage FAQs

Do I need a full spec or wireframes before reaching out?

No. A rough description of the problem and who it’s for is enough to start — scoping the actual details is part of what we do together in discovery.

It depends entirely on scope, so we don’t quote a fixed number upfront — but you’ll get a written budget range after the discovery call, before committing to anything.

Yes. We’re happy to sign yours, or use ours, before any confidential specifics are discussed further.

Expected and normal for early-stage products. We scope in short milestones specifically so direction changes don’t mean throwing away finished work.

Our core focus is design and development, but we can point you in the right direction on positioning as part of the discovery conversation.
