Do you only hire in India?
No — we’re open to remote talent regardless of location, as long as working hours can reasonably overlap with our team and client base.
Is this full-time or freelance/contract?
It varies by role and project volume right now — we’re upfront about the arrangement type during the initial conversation, not after you’ve committed time to the process.
What if there's no open role that matches me?
Reach out anyway through the form below. As a small, growing team, roles open based on real client demand — we’d rather have good people in the pipeline than post a role reactively when it’s already urgent.
Is the paid trial project actually paid?
Yes — genuinely paid, scoped as real or realistic work, never unpaid “spec work” disguised as an interview step.
