General

What is Boonofy?

Boonofy is a digital agency based in New Delhi, India, offering web design and development, software development, mobile app development, and digital marketing — all under one accountable team rather than separate vendors for each discipline.

We’re registered and based in New Delhi, India, and work primarily with clients outside India. It matters mainly for cost-efficiency and time zone coverage — see our Why India page for a full, honest breakdown.

Boonofy is a genuinely new studio. We’d rather say that plainly than invent a longer history — what we do have is a set of operating principles (fixed-scope pricing, written agreements) applied from our very first client onward.

Three specific things: one team across all four disciplines instead of separate vendors, fixed-price quotes confirmed in writing before work starts, and direct communication with the people actually doing the work, not account managers relaying messages.

We’re not limited to one industry — our client base spans local service businesses, SaaS startups, e-commerce brands, and professional services firms. What matters more than industry is whether your project fits a fixed-scope, defined-outcome model.

Yes, from solo founders building a first MVP to established small and mid-sized businesses. Our engagement tiers (Starter, Growth, Scale) are built to flex to project size rather than assuming one size fits everyone.

Pricing & Process

How does your pricing work?
Boonofy is a digital agency based in New Delhi, India, offering web design and development, software development, mobile app development, and digital marketing — all under one accountable team rather than separate vendors for each discipline.

A range reflects that two similar-sounding projects can have very different real complexity — page count, integrations, and content readiness all move the actual number. Your final quote will be one fixed figure, not a range, once we’ve discussed specifics.

Most engagements include an upfront deposit against the total fixed price, with the remainder tied to project milestones — the exact structure is specified in your written scope document before work begins.

Any request outside the original written scope is treated as a change request: we tell you the added cost and timeline impact, and nothing proceeds until you approve it in writing. Nothing gets silently added to your invoice.

Yes, for larger projects we typically break payment into milestones tied to specific deliverables rather than requiring the full amount upfront or only at the very end.

We invoice in USD, GBP, EUR, or AED depending on your location, and accept payment via Wise, Payoneer, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.

We don’t enforce a strict minimum, but very small requests (a single page edit, for example) may be better suited to a quick fixed quote than our full discovery process — ask us directly and we’ll point you the right direction.

A free website review includes an audit of your current site with written findings on what’s helping and hurting performance — no obligation attached. A fixed-price quote request gives you a full written scope and price, typically within 1 business day, without needing a call first.

Web Development

How long does a website take to build?
A focused marketing site typically takes 2-4 weeks from kickoff; larger content-rich sites or e-commerce builds usually run 4-6 weeks. Your written scope document will include a specific timeline for your project.
It depends on your needs — WordPress and Webflow suit content-heavy sites you’ll want to edit yourself; custom React/Next.js builds suit sites needing specific performance or functionality that off-the-shelf platforms can’t easily deliver. We’ll recommend the right fit during scoping, not default to one option.
Yes — every build is designed and tested across device sizes as a default, not an optional add-on, since the majority of traffic for most businesses is mobile today.
We can recommend and help set up hosting, but hosting itself is typically a separate, ongoing cost paid directly to a hosting provider rather than bundled into our development fee.
Yes, with care — we preserve URL structure where possible, set up proper redirects for anything that changes, and treat existing rankings as something to protect during a rebuild, not an afterthought.
Copywriting is available as an add-on if you’d like us to write it, or you’re welcome to provide your own content — either way, it’s scoped explicitly in your written estimate so there’s no ambiguity about who’s responsible for what.

Software

What kind of software do you build?
Mostly internal tools, dashboards, and SaaS platforms — things like replacing manual spreadsheet workflows, building admin dashboards with user roles, or building a subscription-ready SaaS product from scratch.
In most cases yes — integration work is scoped based on what your current systems expose via API, export, or documentation, which we assess as part of discovery before quoting.
Yes — once a project is paid in full, the custom code written specifically for you transfers to your ownership, consistent with the IP terms in our Terms of Service.
We offer optional monthly maintenance and support retainers for ongoing changes, or you can request one-off updates as new fixed-price mini-projects — whichever fits your situation better.
Yes, typically AWS-based hosting with CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments — infrastructure setup is scoped explicitly if your project needs it, since not every small internal tool requires full cloud infrastructure.
Access controls, encrypted data transmission, and role-based permissions are standard practice in anything we build that handles sensitive data — specific security requirements for regulated industries are discussed and scoped during discovery.

App Development

iOS, Android, or both?
Most projects use cross-platform frameworks (React Native or Flutter) to cover both iOS and Android from a single codebase, which is typically more cost-effective than separate native builds — we’ll recommend native specifically if your app genuinely needs it.
A single-flow MVP typically starts around a few thousand dollars; multi-feature consumer apps and complex platform apps scale up from there. Our app pricing breakdown page gives a full line-item estimator so you can build your own range.
Yes — app store submission and basic App Store Optimization (ASO) setup is available as part of the build or as an add-on if we didn’t build the original app.
That’s the normal starting point for most MVP projects — we handle wireframing and UI design as part of the process, not something you need to bring pre-made.
Yes — most apps need a backend for accounts, data storage, or business logic, and that’s typically scoped as part of the software development side of the same project, coordinated by the same team.
Yes — we regularly review and work with codebases we didn’t originally build, starting with a technical audit before quoting any changes, so we understand what we’re actually working with first.

Digital Marketing

How long before I see SEO results?
Paid campaigns can show movement within weeks; SEO and content typically take 3-6 months to compound meaningfully, since search engines reward consistency over time rather than instant changes.
No — and any agency that guarantees a specific ranking isn’t being fully honest with you, since search engines don’t work on guaranteed placement. We set realistic, trackable targets tied to traffic and leads instead.

Google Business Profile optimization, local citation consistency, location-specific website content, and review generation strategy — the specific factors that determine whether you appear in the local map pack for nearby searches.
Our fee covers campaign strategy and management; ad spend itself goes directly to Google, Meta, or LinkedIn and is budgeted separately based on your goals — we never mark up or take a cut of ad spend.
Social media strategy and paid social campaigns fall under our digital marketing service — organic social content management is available depending on scope, discussed during your initial consultation.
Traffic, leads, or sales — whichever ties to your actual business goal, reported monthly in plain numbers you can verify yourself, not vanity metrics like impressions or reach alone.

Working Together

How do we communicate during a project?
Written async updates are the default (email or your preferred tool), with live calls scheduled for milestones or when something genuinely benefits from real-time conversation — not daily standups by default.
Our core hours are IST (9 AM – 7 PM), but we block overlap hours with your specific time zone for live collaboration, agreed per client rather than assuming one fixed schedule fits everyone.

One point of contact coordinates your project across whichever disciplines it involves — you’re not re-explaining context to a different person for design, development, and marketing separately.
We adapt to what works for you where reasonable — common tools include Notion, Trello, or Asana for tracking progress, alongside direct email or messaging for day-to-day communication.
Yes — every project includes scheduled checkpoints (typically weekly or at each phase) where you see actual working progress, not just a status update saying things are ‘on track.’
Tell us directly and as early as possible — most concerns are addressable within the revision rounds already built into your scope. If something falls outside that, we’ll discuss it openly rather than leaving you stuck.
