Can you work with a codebase you didn't build?
Yes — this is one of the most common things we’re asked to do. Our review process is designed specifically to get up to speed on unfamiliar code before we touch anything.
What if I don't have access to my old developer or hosting?
We can usually work around this — recovering access, migrating to new hosting, or rebuilding from what’s publicly visible if source access truly isn’t recoverable.
Will my site or app go down during the fix?
Not if we can help it — we work on staging environments and schedule any live changes for low-traffic windows, agreed with you in advance.
Do you offer urgent or emergency turnaround?
Yes, for genuinely urgent issues (site down, critical bug) — flag it as urgent in the form and we’ll prioritize a same-day response.
What if you review it and a rebuild isn't actually needed?
Then we’ll tell you that directly — our recommendation is based on what your product actually needs, not on which option is more work for us.
