We started Boonofy because hiring an agency shouldn't feel like a gamble Way

Not another agency with a vague mission statement – Boonofy exists to fix three specific, common problems: work getting lost between vendors, scope quietly expanding after you’ve committed, and pricing nobody explains until it’s too late to walk away.

A note from the founder

Why this exists, in plain terms.

I’ve watched founders and small business owners get burned by the same pattern over and over: an agency says yes to everything upfront, the project slowly drifts off track, and by the end nobody’s happy — the client feels overcharged, and the agency feels underpaid for the scope creep they quietly absorbed.

Boonofy is my attempt to build the agency I’d want to hire. That means saying no sometimes, even to paying work, when the scope and timeline genuinely don’t fit. It means showing you a price range before you ever get on a call, not making you ask for it. It means the person who scopes your project is reachable throughout it, not a rotating cast of account managers.

We’re new. I won’t pretend otherwise — you won’t find twenty years of case studies here yet. What you will find is a set of rules we’re applying from the very first client, specifically because there’s no reputation buffer to hide behind if we don’t. That’s not a weakness we’re working around. It’s the actual point.

The problem we saw

Three patterns, over and over again.

Most of what's broken about hiring agencies isn't a skills problem — it's a structure problem.

How we got here

An honest roadmap, not invented history.

We won’t manufacture a founding story that doesn’t exist. Here’s what’s actually been built, and what’s next.

Done
Operating principles defined and documented
Fixed-scope pricing, written-scope requirements, and the "what we don't do" commitments were set before taking on client work — not adjusted after mistakes.
Done
Core team assembled across all 4 disciplines
Web, software, app, and marketing capability in place from day one, not added piecemeal as demand appeared.
In progress
First client engagements
Applying the fixed-scope, fixed-price process to real projects — the illustrative case studies on this site will be replaced with real ones as these complete.

How we actually work

Not adjectives - operating principles.

These aren’t values on a poster. They’re the specific things that show up in every engagement.

What we actually build with

Specific tools, not "cutting-edge technology."

No buzzwords — here’s the real stack behind each discipline, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

How decisions actually get made

A real scenario: mid-project scope requests.

These aren’t values on a poster. They’re the specific things that show up in every engagement.

What working with us actually looks like

A real engagement, week by week.

Using a typical 4-week web project as the example — the same rhythm scales up for longer engagements.

Who's behind it

A small, hands-on team — not a faceless agency.

Web Experience

Boonofy is genuinely new — and that's worth saying plainly.

We're a small, hands-on team based in New Delhi. When you work with Boonofy, you're working directly with the people actually designing, building, and marketing your project — not an account manager relaying messages to a larger, anonymous team.

We haven't built a decade of case studies yet. What we have built is a set of operating principles applied from client number one. You can hold us to every claim on this page from day one — there's no legacy reputation to hide behind if we don't deliver.

Where we're based

India-based. Built for clients everywhere else.

What we commit to, specifically

Checkable promises, not vague reassurance.

What we deliberately don't do

Just as important as what we do.

✕

We don't bill open-ended hourly work

Hourly billing shifts all the financial risk of an unclear scope onto you. We scope first, quote a fixed price, and stick to it.

✕

We don't say yes to timelines that don't match scope

If a deadline and a brief genuinely don't fit together, we'll tell you directly. Read the story that shaped this policy →

✕

We don't quietly outsource your project

The team you talk to is the team doing the work. If a specialist is ever brought in, you'll know before it happens, not after.

✕

We don't publish fabricated results

Every case study on this site is clearly labeled as real client work or an illustrative scenario.

The question you're probably asking

"You're new — why should I trust you?"

If you're new, how do I know you can actually deliver?
You don’t have to take it on faith for the whole engagement — we start every project with a small, clearly scoped first milestone specifically so you can evaluate real work before committing further.
You’ll hear about it directly and early, with a plan to fix it — not silence until you ask. Our written-scope process exists specifically to make problems visible early, not hidden until launch.
Every agency has a first client. We’d rather be transparent about where we are than invent a history that isn’t real — and our process is designed to make that starting point low-risk for you.
As our first engagements complete, we’ll be glad to make introductions where clients are comfortable — ask us directly and we’ll tell you honestly what’s available at that point.

Ready to see how this works for your project?

No pressure, no obligation — just an honest conversation about what you need and what it would take.
